Characteristics of fixing the boards to the structure:<\/b>
The minimum distance between the screw and the edge of the cut is 3 cm. For a panel-mounted structure (balcony, courtyard fence), the maximum bolt offset from the cut edge is 15 cm. For side-mounted construction (balcony), the maximum bolt distance from the edge of the cut is 10 cm.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Installation of the barrier - profile FULL PLATE - 57\/32<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The 57-32 profile can be installed to a width of 5.7 cm or 3.2 cm, where the screw must be approximately 2\/3 the depth of the profile. The standard length of the profile is 5,8 m, but it can be cut to any length. It is fastened with RF knipping screws through the pipe from the rear, so the screws are not visible. The special feature of this profile is that a hole smaller than the bolt is drilled in the composite material and a larger hole is drilled in the structure to allow the material to expand.\u00a0The maximum spacing between bollards is 150 cm, regardless of the height of the barrier. <\/span>The maximum distance between horizontal rails is 100 cm.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Installation of the barrier - profile POLNA DESKA - 100 and POLNA DESKA - 128<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

WoodCore WPC partition wall board - the 100 solid board profile is 5.8m long and the 128 solid board profile is 2.2m long and can be cut to any length. The board can also be rounded or made into any shape as it is treated like wood. The recommended spacing between the boards is 0,5cm to 3cm. It is also possible to overlap the boards - mounting from both sides. The maximum spacing between the posts is 180 cm for partitions up to 150 cm high. For taller partitions, the maximum spacing between the posts is 150 cm. When constructing the structure, please follow the professional guidance for the load-bearing capacity of the structure.
The screws are visible from the front, fixing from the front side is mandatory. Where the board is fixed into a steel tube, a larger hole than the screw diameter must be pre-drilled to allow for temperature-related expansion.\u00a0The choice of screw depends on the type of structure.\u00a0<\/span>

The rhombus profile is 6.7 cm wide and 5.8 m long and can be cut to any length. It is fixed with stainless-steel screws through the post into the aluminium tube in the middle of the profile from the rear side, so the screw is not visible from the front.\u00a0The maximum distance between the posts with L-brackets is 145 cm. The hole in the composite material is always larger than the bolt due to expansion.<\/span><\/p>

Example: for a 3.9 mm stainless-steel screw, drill a 3.2 mm hole into the aluminium tube, then enlarge the hole in the rhombus profile to 4.2\u20134.5 mm.<\/p>

WARNING: <\/b>installation of rhombus boards without the aluminium tube in the middle of the profile is NOT possible. The rhombus profile can only be purchased together with the alu tube, which is already included in the board price.<\/p>

The KUBO partition wall system is installed vertically on a pre-prepared structure. The 80 \u00d7 42 \u00d7 5000\/5800 mm profile has an aluminium profile inserted, which is fixed from the rear, depending on the chosen layout. Depending on the mounting position, raw or anodised aluminium shall be inserted into the KUBO profile. In the case of open installation, the cap is not sufficient to prevent the ingress of moisture into the moulding, anodised aluminium must be used. Mounting is possible on a visible width of 4,2 cm or 8 cm. The slats shall be mounted on horizontally mounted, powder-coated aluminium tubes, the spacing between the slats is optional. The maximum spacing between horizontal pipes without accessories is 120 cm. If the span of the structure is greater than 120 cm, a 20 \u00d7 60 \u00d7 2 mm aluminium tube shall be inserted in the KUBO batten, in which case a span of up to 260 cm between the horizontal beams is permitted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Before installation, WoodCore WPC boards must be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place. The storage base should be flat and clean. The boards must be fully supported along their length and width.
