Delivery of WPC boards - Slovenia
Delivery is at extra cost and depends on the delivery location and the weight of the order.
We offer individual and group delivery.
For individual delivery, the journey is organised specifically for your order, but still within our weekly delivery schedule. The delivery date is determined by vehicle availability, installation dates and weather conditions. We always agree on a tentative date together and confirm the details over the phone.
Collector delivery is a more cost-effective option for smaller orders, where several customers are grouped together on the same route and the cost of delivery is shared. In the case of a group delivery, the delivery date cannot be fixed in advance, as it depends on other orders and the itinerary. The option of a collector delivery is not necessarily available for every order; whether it is possible for your order is written in the offer.
Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday in the morning. At least one person (the buyer) must be present to help unload the material.
Our delivery is often cheaper and easier than hiring a van or trailer, especially for long profiles (4.0 m and 5.8 m) where transport by car is difficult or unsuitable.
Delivery of WPC boards - other countries
For deliveries to other countries, the option of individual or group delivery depends on the distance and quantity of the order. Where delivery by our own vehicle is not practical or feasible, we will pack the material and send it via other freight services. The delivery cost always depends on the weight, size and distance of the shipment, so we prepare a quote individually for each order.
Possibility of personal pickup
Personal pickup is possible during the warehouse's official opening hours at Savska Loka 21, 4000 Kranj.
To carry long loads outside the vehicle, you need a long load warning sign, a flat surface (canvas) and sufficiently strong tie-down straps. We recommend a trailer or van of suitable length.
Damage to materials caused by improper transport (for example, twisting or breaking of boards due to too short a vehicle, transport on the roof or improper lashing) is not subject to a claim.
If we assess at the time of collection that the vehicle is not suitable for safe transport (too short, on the roof, etc.), we will not load the vehicle and propose an alternative solution. If the material has already been brought to the ramp or partially loaded due to an unsuitable vehicle, the cost of additional unloading and reloading will be charged in accordance with Roksal's General Terms and Conditions.
